HOW TO DO SMOOTH STUCCO

This project is located in the city of Beverly Hills, CA. The customer sought to create a modern-looking house and replace its dark appearance with new, bright white colors. We initiated the project by removing all the stucco trim around every window and door. Additionally, a four-story scaffold was erected, duly approved and inspected by the Beverly Hills Building Department. All exterior lights were replaced, and light fixtures were ordered through Amazon.

The entire exterior of the house was painted with an all-white color from Farrell and Ball. We applied a smooth stucco finish over the existing stucco to achieve a Spanish non-uniform stucco finish. In the end, the customer expressed great satisfaction with the new look of the house.

One more aspect worth mentioning: Upon reviewing the last few pictures in the gallery below, you will notice that the customer initially requested us to paint the garage doors with the light gray color "DOLPHIN FIN" from Behr, in a satin finish. However, after the application, it became apparent that the color was too light. We recommended a change to the "LIGHT BLACK" color from Behr to enhance the accent of the beautiful barn garage doors and to align with the colors of the light fixtures.
